Medcorp Limited is committed to providing the best possible patient care and comfort to our patients and their relatives. Patient rooms are outfitted for safety, easy communication with staff and entertainment. Meals are provided three (3) times a day with a hot night cap drink. Patients are offered a choice of rooms with premium selections.

  • Condition Reports

    Any personal information about a patient’s diagnosis and treatment must come from the patient’s physician, and this information is available only to designated family members or persons otherwise
    specified by the patient.

  • Waiting Areas

    There are lounge areas for visitors and areas called family rooms. Family rooms are set up so that friends
    and family of patients in critical care units, the emergency department and surgery can wait in comfort
    and privacy.

  • Smoking

    Because of the hospital’s interest in good health, and in accordance with the law, Medcorp Limited is a smoke-free environment for all divisions and parts of its group. For this reason, smoking is prohibited in the Medcorp facilities, outside our entrances and on the property.

  • Meals for patients

    Meals are provided by our kitchen according to patients’ dietary needs and specifications, be it religious or personal and in accordance with your doctors’ recommendations.

  • Housekeeping and Maintenance

    Our facilities at Medcorp Limited are maintained by a Housekeeping and Maintenance staff that work
    around the clock to ensure that the facilities are clean, presentable and safe for patients and visiting
    friends and family. We have high standards in terms of cleaning and maintenance of equipment so our
    patients can be assured of safe and clean surroundings.
