Q 1. What are the visiting hours?

Visiting hours are from 9.30am to 1.00pm and 4.00pm to 8.00pm

Q2. What forms of payments are accepted?

Payments can be made via Linx, Credit Card, Cash or Bank draft (no personal cheques are accepted)

Q 3. When is the patient expected to make payment, upon arrival or upon check-out of the hospital?

Upon admission patients are required to make the required deposit.  Upon discharge if patient has a balance it must be paid before the patient leaves.

Q 4. Can items be dropped off or picked up outside of visiting hours.

Yes items can be picked up or dropped off outside visiting hours.

Q 5. Can patients receive visitors outside of regular visiting hours?

Yes, at the nurses discretion.

Q 6. What type of rooms do we offer?

We offer Ward settings (a room with two to three persons), private room (shared bathroom), Exclusive Private (own room own bathroom).

Q 7. Can rooms and appointments be booked online?

Rooms are not booked in advance but is allocated based on availability on the day of admissions.  Therefore appointments are not currently booked on line.

Q 8. Can visitors of patients stay overnight with the patients?

Yes they can.

Q 9. How frequently are meals served at the hospital?

Meals are served three times daily – breakfast, lunch, dinner

Q 10. Does your hospital or pharmacy accept medical insurance?

Yes the hospital accepts medical insurance locally based on our credit arrangement with the particular insurance company.  We do not accept foreign insurance.
